Membership and Class Packages

Membership Terms

Our stretching memberships operate on the following terms:

• Memberships are paid on a monthly basis according to your selected plan (Cosmic Explorer, Celestial Voyager, or Galactic Pioneer).
• Your membership begins on the date of purchase and automatically renews each month until canceled.
• Membership fees are charged automatically to your payment method on file.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Membership benefits and services are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership:

• Provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date by emailing [email protected].
• Cancellations requested less than 14 days before billing will take effect in the following month.
• We do not provide refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
• Your access to membership benefits continues until the end of your paid period.

Class Bookings and Attendance

When booking and attending our stretching classes:

• Class bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance through our website or mobile app.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to prepare.
• If you cannot attend a booked class, please cancel at least 4 hours in advance to allow others to join.
• Late cancellations (less than 4 hours before class) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee for non-membership clients or count as a used session for package holders.
• Trustworthyfrca reserves the right to cancel classes due to low attendance, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

Health and Safety

Your safety during stretching sessions is our priority:

• You acknowledge that stretching activities involve inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk.
• You agree to accurately disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in stretching activities.
• You should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity program, including our stretching services.
• Our instructors may suggest modifications or alternatives if they believe a particular stretch is unsuitable for your condition.
• You agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety protocols during stretching sessions.
• You will immediately inform the instructor if you experience pain (beyond normal stretching sensation), discomfort, or injury during a session.

Conduct and Studio Policies

To maintain a positive environment for all members:

• Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect and courtesy.
• Arrive on time for classes to avoid disrupting others' practice.
• Wear appropriate attire that allows freedom of movement and does not restrict stretching.
• Maintain personal hygiene out of respect for others sharing the space.
• Turn off or silence mobile devices during classes.
• Use studio equipment properly and return it to its designated place after use.
• Do not bring food into the stretching studio areas.
• Trustworthyfrca reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership without refund for individuals who engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of these policies.

Online Services and Digital Content

For our digital stretching resources:

• Access to online stretching content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not share your account credentials, download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our digital content.
• Online class access is subject to your internet connection and device compatibility, which are your responsibility.
• While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online services and may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.
• When participating in online stretching sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have adequate space and a safe environment.

Intellectual Property

All Trustworthyfrca content and materials are protected by intellectual property laws:

• The name "Trustworthyfrca," our logo, our unique "Cosmic Stretching" methodology, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Trustworthyfrca.
• Our stretching techniques, educational materials, videos, and written content may not be copied, reproduced, or taught without explicit written permission.
• Photography and recording during stretching sessions are prohibited without prior approval from management.
• We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same respect from our members.

Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe stretching practices:

• Trustworthyfrca is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our stretching activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• By participating in our stretching services, you assume all risks associated with physical activity.
• We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings brought to our studio facilities.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

Trustworthyfrca may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time:

• Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered members.
• Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with updated terms, you may cancel your membership subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
